What do we offer as part of our maintenance service?

Wood surface cleaning and refreshment

- We remove dirt and the old protective layer
– We coat the surfaces with a new high-quality wood preservative (colors according to your preference)

Roof renewal

- We install new shingles if needed
– We repair damaged areas (e.g., animal damage, wear, etc.)

Lighting and details inspection

– We check LED lights, plugs, and other electrical systems
– We replace worn or damaged components

Heater and sauna equipment maintenance

– We replace the heater (if needed, e.g., upgrading from Harvia to HUUM)
– We inspect and update water tanks, piping, and other components

Hot tub maintenance

– We clean and refresh the wooden parts
– We inspect the interior and seals

Outdoor toilet and outbuilding maintenance

– Finishing, maintenance painting, doors, and other details

Price and work process

Every maintenance job is unique. Briefly describe the condition of your sauna and your wishes – we’ll respond quickly with a quote.
We offer maintenance across Estonia and, by arrangement, even farther afield.
The duration of the work depends on the sauna’s size and the scope of tasks. If desired, you can also pay in installments (InBank installment plan).
